Refund policy


EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Since swimwear is handmade to order in house, ALL sales are final

We do accept exchanges of size and or style on full priced items or up to 25% off unless noted as a final sale item in the product listing page.

Eligible exchanges/returns must be sent back within 7 business days of receipt. Items MUST be unworn/unwashed, have tags attached and liners in place (please try on swimwear over underwear).  You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Once an item is exchanged it is final sale.  

If we receive a suit that has been worn or not in original condition, we will send the suit back to you without exchange or refund, and you will be banned from future purchases.

Your store credit is good for ONE year, from the date the credit was issued.

Items can be exchanged for product of the same price or of higher value, customer pays the difference.

Items not covered under our warranty of damages: General wear and tear; discolouration of fabrics and jewellery hardware due to continuous salt water and/or chlorine exposure.  Since there is no way to know how your bikini is cared for, once worn we cannot accept exchanges or replacements of damaged items. Water use is at your own discretion.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at kekekingaswimwear@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Acceptable returns will be issued store credit only.  Please note the amount of the credit received is the amount you paid minus any shipping costs. Shipping costs are not credited on your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

International/USA - you must mark your returns as EXCHANGE/ NO VALUE - we do not cover import taxes if this is not done correctly.  You will be responsible for paying them before your exchange is sent out.

Please note : Exchange wait times are the same as current order wait times.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue with a replacement (given it is in stock). If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit that does not expire for use in our store.

Damages during shipment may require us to file a shipping claim via the carrier and there may be processing time for this. 

We take photographs of all orders at the time of shipment to ensure we're providing the best service possible. 

 

Cancellations

THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS.  By ordering and completing your purchase you are confirming you accept this policy.
